Refund Policy

14 days
Full refund after a purchase or a yearly renewal. No reason needed.
How to ask
Reply to your Paddle receipt, use the link in it, or write to hello@mxds.app with the email you bought with. Paddle, our reseller, processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few days.
What happens to your license
Once the refund goes through, your Pro license stops working and mxds goes back to the Free plan on your Mac.
After 14 days
After 14 days we do not refund the current year, but you can cancel any time so it does not renew. Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any right to a refund that the law of your country gives you.
